Terms of Service

These terms apply to Polkyo (polkyo.com) ("Polkyo", "we"). By creating an account or using Polkyo you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

Your account

You sign in with Google or with a code sent to your email; the first sign-in creates your account. Keep access to that email or Google account secure: whoever controls it controls your Polkyo account. You must be at least 18, and allowed to use prediction markets where you live.

Not financial advice

Polkyo shows data and analysis about Polymarket markets and traders. None of it is financial, investment or betting advice, and none of it promises any result. Signals, scores, backtests and paper-trading results describe the past and can be wrong. Trading on Polymarket is your own decision and at your own risk; you can lose all of what you stake. Polkyo is not affiliated with Polymarket.

Free plan and Pro

The free plan opens every page with figures and charts hidden. Pro shows everything and includes the API within its limits. Prices are on the pricing page, in EUR.

Paying with crypto

• Payment is made in crypto through our payment processor, NOWPayments. You pay the processor's and the network's fees, if any.
• Each payment buys a fixed period, 30 or 365 days, which starts when the payment is confirmed, or at the end of time you have already paid for. Nothing renews by itself; we remind you before your plan ends, and keep it open for 3 more days.
• Send the exact amount shown, on the network shown, before the payment page expires. A payment sent to the wrong network or after expiry may be lost or need the processor's support to recover.
• Because the service starts as soon as you pay and crypto payments cannot be reversed, payments are not refundable, except where the law of your country requires otherwise, or when we cannot provide the service you paid for.

Fair use

Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of Polkyo, share your account, or resell its data without our permission. The API is for your own use within your plan's limits. We may suspend an account that does these things.

The service

We work to keep Polkyo available and its data accurate, but provide it "as is": data from Polymarket and the blockchain can be late, missing or wrong, and the service can be interrupted. We may change or remove features; if we stop Pro, we refund the unused part of a paid period.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using Polkyo and ask us to delete your account at any time. Nothing in these terms takes away the consumer protection the law of the country you live in gives you.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell signed-in users before the change applies.
