Privacy Policy

Polkyo (polkyo.com) is an analytics service for Polymarket ("Polkyo", "we"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use Polkyo, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: [email protected].
What we collect
- Account: your email address. If you sign in with Google, also your Google account id, name and profile picture.
- What you do in Polkyo: your watchlist, alerts and their settings, paper trades and copy-trading settings, API keys (stored hashed).
- Payments: the plan and period you bought, the amount, the coin you paid with and the payment's status. The payment itself is handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your wallet's keys.
- Technical: your IP address, used briefly to limit abuse (for example, too many sign-in attempts), and server logs kept for up to 7 days.
Polkyo shows public data from Polymarket and the Polygon blockchain (markets, trades, wallet addresses). That data is public on chain and not collected from you.
Why we use it
- To sign you in and keep your account and settings (performance of our contract with you).
- To send what you asked for: sign-in codes, alerts, the morning brief and plan reminders. You can turn alerts and the brief off in Settings.
- To take payments and keep the records the law requires (legal obligation).
- To keep the service secure and working (legitimate interest).
We do not sell your data, show ads, or use third-party analytics or tracking.
Who else processes it
- Google, if you sign in with Google (Google's own privacy policy applies to your Google account).
- NOWPayments, which processes crypto payments.
- OVHcloud, which hosts our servers, and Cloudflare, which serves the site.
- Telegram, only if you connect it for alerts.
Some of them may process data outside your country; they do so under their own safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and a short-lived one during Google sign-in. Both are strictly necessary; there are no tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Account data for as long as you have an account. Payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. When you delete your account, everything else is removed within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict how we use it, by writing to [email protected]. You may also complain to the data protection authority of the country where you live.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell signed-in users before it applies.
